The guidelines for acquiring the certificate “Cochlea-Implant-versorgende-Einrichtung (CIVE)” (Cochlear implant-provision institution) were scientifically supported by the German Society for Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (DGHNO-KHC, e.V.) and created in german language (White Paper CI Germany and AWMF- Guideline).
